Dear neighbour,

Maybe you've already seen it, maybe you've already said ‘hello’, or maybe it's still news to you. But from May Muggen worden gegeten door vogels will open at Gansstraat 24! Indian Restaurant Gandhi handed over the key to us, Daan, Chris and Robin, in the beginning of March, and since then we have been busy with all the preparations, including a crowdfunding campaign!

Muggen worden gegeten door vogels will be a wine bar/bistro with honest, organic wines that we import ourselves from north-west Italy, from small, friendly winemakers. We are going to have an atmosphere that is just friendly and inviting to all. Our kitchen is going to consist of mostly smaller bites. Complemented by a ‘daily meal’ every day, a simple but tasty meal that doesn't have to cost too much.

We are opening this place in a really nice and friendly neighbourhood full of life, so we are very excited to get to know everyone in that neighbourhood. Until we are actually open, you can do that by just walking by, saying ‘hi’ and maybe taking a peek inside. When we open from May onwards, everyone in the neighbourhood is welcome to drop in anytime. You can also drop in for a cup of coffee or tea outside of opening hours.
